As you round the driveway into the upper car park, there is a large Red Shed - the original woolshed and garage area, divided into four sections (roller doors available to seal off entrances).
Tucked away at the end of the shed is a hidden room. Currently used for storage, it is lined and the power is connected. There is even a partitioned area left for future shower and toilet.
Potential here to create a sleep out or extra accommodation overlooking the old stock pens to Mt Manaia.
